Padmapriya, is one of the few actresses from The God's Own Country, who has managed to leave an impression in Kollywood.
The actress who celebrated her birthday in Chennai on Tuesday, said, 'I have now been chosen to act with Prithviraj for director Vasanth's Satham Podathae. It is a cute character which has come out well'.
I don't rush to accept offers, she added for good measure.
Padmapriya is expecting a lot out of her next movie Pattiyal with Bharath and Arya.
After Pattiyal, she has Veyyil ready for release.
But she has a secret desire. She wants to become a director on her own.
ÂBut not for commercial entertainers. I am a voracious reader and I hope to do a good film in future'.
